Pass Ports, anyone get one recently

I applied for a replacement for my lost passport and for a new passprot for my son (he is 17) and I received my passpot in 10 days and he received his in 11. We did not pay any extra for expidited service, since we had no travel plans. This was also done on the 2nd of January.

My stepdaughter got hers in just about 2 weeks, they said 4-6 weeks.

I just got mine in the mail!!! I was also told 4-6 weeks but it only took 13 days:D! I was also told that I would get my old passport back since it was mailed in as proof of citizenship but still haven't received it. Did I hear wrong or should I still be expecting my old one?:confused:

 

And no, didn't expedite either!

Mailed in my renewal request on February 25th, had the new passport in hand in 11 days. Call me impressed!

Granted, ours was a renewal, but they cashed the checks on the 6th, and I got the email today (13th) that they had been mailed. Not bad at all.

I renewed mine and it took slightly more than 2 weeks..You can check on the progress at the US Gov Passport website.

You can sign up to be emailed that it has been processed...
