What's the gym like on the Lirica?

Hi

Can anyone who has sailed on the Lirica recently, tell me what the gym is like? Do you know if you have to book because it gets very busy or is it useually easy to just turn up and use it? Also do they do any kind of exercise classes?

 

I'm sailing next week end on the repositioning voyage to England and can't wait to go!

Just off the Lirica. The gym is small, but it was never crowded any time that we were there. You do have to sign a waiver and get a sticker on you cruise card to use the gym. Never seen this done before. There are some pay classes, but also some classes on the pool deck like stretching, that are free.

Thank you. I was a bit worried that I might have to get up at the crack of dawn to find a time when it wasn't too busy to use

The gym does have limited hours. You can use aerobic machines only from 6-8am. The gym closes at 8 pm.
