What was the Freedom Fuel charge per person?

It was $35 per person. I just returned yesterday and had received a call from my travel agent the day I left to say there had been a class action suit and if you had paid by a certain date and a bunch of other details that I missed it would be refunded. It was in fact credited to our account on the ship. (And instantly spent on cold beverages!) I think there were a bunch of details that determined if this was refunded based on date paid, etc....

$5 per person per day for 1st and 2nd passenger in cabin. 7 day cruise for 2 would be $70.
