Union Workers Credit Service - Discounts on Carnival?

Hey Everyone,

 

So my family is ALWAYS looking for newer (and cheaper) ways to get another cruise in! My mother received an application for Union Workers Credit Service, which along with other things, offers "significant" discounts on Carnival Cruises....catch, gotta pay to join!

 

So, I stopped her from joining immediatly, emailed our PVP, and wanted to know if anyone else has heard of it....sounds to good to be true (generally means scam) but curious if anyone else has used it!
