Any hotel sites where snorkeling is good ?

Well we leave Monday ! We will be in Coz on Wed :) . We are renting a car to explore the island. DH and DS plan to stop @ Dzul Ha and if they don't see alot of fish life than they will hit Chankaanab. We have decided against a boat trip tp Palancar Reef since I am not a snorkler and it is only us 3 and I don't wish to be that far apart from them.

 

Are there any hotel sites where you can park and walk on the beach property just to snorkel without using other amenities? What would the cost be?
