Has anyone stayed on Carnival Miracle Cabin 7301 (Verandah Deck) ?? (Or Panorama 8237, Empress 6279, Upper 5243, Main 4205)

If so, I'd love to hear what you thought of the cabin.

Do you have any pictures ??

We will be sailing in that cabin April 7, 2008.

I'll be sure to post pictures when we come home.

Thanks !

Yes it does- thank you.

I wonder what the difference is between that cat 9a and a suite. (why pay the extra for a suite??)

On the Spirit class ships the 9a's are on the 5th deck with the balconys at life boat level(they call these obstructed view)The 9b's are level 6,7,& 8. .I like these cabins better on these ships. We looked in on the Suites and the rooms are broken up with seperate sitting area, dressing area and then the sleeping area. To me it made the room look smaller. In the 9b's it was one large open room. Even our room steward said that these were the best cabins on the Spirit Class ships.

thank you, we originally booked a balcony cabin and the price dropped a little so we actually paid a little more and went for the 9B, sailing on the 11/27/2010 voyage.

You are going to love your 9B. We are also in a 9b On the 11/27th Sailing..:)

Thanks for the pics. I am currently booked ina 4K room which is the french door cabins with lifeboats in front of you - no balcony but doors open. There are 3 of us and we only paid $1007 for all 3 of us. I'm thinking of upgrading to room 7301 9B. Do you think it is worth $629 total to upgrade? I like balconies but it isn't critical and I've stayed in the 4K cabins before.

I would seriously consider upgrading. We were 4 adults in 7301 and never felt crowded. The balcony was big enough to fit three chairs and a small table. The one gentleman traveling in our group would get dressed on the balcony while we ladies got ready inside. There was plenty of cabinet and closet space. The room was located behind an elevator which concerned me initially, but we never heard any sound from the elevator or the hall. It was a great room and I would request it again.

If it is $629.00 for all 3 of you, then yes that is a great price and a great cabin. You will love it.

Yep. $629 extra so about $210/pp more than what we paid for the 4K. DH doesn't want to spend the money although we both love balconies. He said not worth it for a 5 day cruise. I know that $629 could be better spent in Hawaii next year perhaps doing a helicopter tour over Kauai. hmmmmm. I do like the looks of the cabin but I think the helicopter ride will be more memorable.

I know it's been a huge while since anyone posted on this thread but we just returned from the Miracle 11/24 and I made sure to take some good pics of the interior for 7301. I had searched far and wide pre-cruise for some and didn't find any good ones, so I wanted to make sure a good review and good pictures were posted for future cruisers.

This room is awesome. It is in fact a 9B, not a 9A as posted elsewhere. I called the room from the casino bar and the caller-id displayed it as a "demi-suite". Very appropriate "insider" term. You may ask what the difference is between this premium extended balcony cabin and a suite. I would say being a savvy cabin shopper. You can't go wrong with this cabin. I've stayed in a suite. This is hands down a fantastic value for the money and is almost as roomy as a suite minus the fancier bathroom.

It is one large room like another poster stated. The sofa is recessed so there is plenty of space to get around between it, the oval marble sofa table, and the bed. This cabin is very roomy. We had two adults and one child and we could have easily had another adult in here. The nice thing about this cabin is that it can sleep 4 as it has a drop-down bunk but you can reserve it for 2-4 guests. There is a extra large wardrobe, the far right side has shelves. There is also another wardrobe with the robes and life jackets right next to the red chair (refer to the pics). The design and configuration of this room is excellent.

Bathroom is standard size to other cabins but has the marble upgrades like in the suites. The balcony is wider and longer. Ours had two chaise lounge chairs, 3 chairs, and a table with plenty of room to get around people sitting down. I actually wanted to bring a tape measure and measure the balcony but forgot. I would put it at 6-feet wide - I also laid the chaise flat and it fit with just a couple inches to spare.

If anyone has any questions about 7301, I would be happy to answer them.
