Airport Regency Miami

we just returned from the Freedom of the SEa, and spent the night before at this Miami airport hotel. The reviews were not the greatest, but just wanted to report, that I thought this hotel was a great value for a precruise, if you just need to spend the night as it is near the airport. The hotel was in good condition, the free shuttle from the airport was very effiencent, the lobby was very nice, with a bar area and restaurant, and a pool out back. We booked the conceiger package which was $139, which included happy hour wine and beer and snacks from 4-6, and then breakfast in the morning, without this was $125. The shuttle to the pier in the morning was very efficient also, and a brand new 20 passenger van. The room was clean and ample, the bathroom a little outdated, but clean. A fast food was across the street and a seafood restaurnt, which was very crowded, next door. We would definately use this hotel again, for the money I think it is a good value and that is what we were looking for. Hope this helps someone with a choice, if you just need a sleep.
