We were on the Spirit last month.

Free restaurants are: Windows dining room, Garden Room (same menu in both, but different ambience), Blue Lagoon and the Italian Restaurant (but reservations are required), and of course Raffles, the buffet.

For a charge, you can dine at: Cagney's Steak House, Shogun Asian, Teppanyaki (Bennie Hanna style) and the French restaurant.

I believe most of the restaurants are about $20 and Cagney's is a bit more. Just for fun, we went to Teppanyaki. Our bill with a couple soft drinks and tip was $76.

We really enjoyed Freestyle. You won't find it on the other lines (yet) but hopefully it'll spread. We really liked Freestyle.

the regular menus of cagney's, is between $20 to 25 (i can't remember which), the steakhouse specials (on cagney's menu) are more...around $30, that's the larger steak cuts, the lobster and the surf & turf. that's total price, not combined.

le bistro has a few items that have a higher surcharge, also. but i have never eaten there and don't know the name of those dishes.

you can make reservations or check the menus at the reservations desk..in the main lobby, next to the customer service desk.

reservations can be made, also, by any phone on the ship (including in your cabin) or when walking by the dining venues, when open.

more free food, then already mentioned...by the pool, in the evenings (weather permitting) and at the casino, around 11pm each night.

If the Spirit is anything like the Pride of America (went on one, going on the other in three months!) there are also times when the steakhouse, Asian (not teppenyaki or sushi), and French restaurant have 50% off specials. We ate at the steakhouse at 8:30 PM one night for 50% off each, bringing it down to $10 each.
