I would say it is probably about 3 blocks from embassy Suites to the water taxi. Not a bad walk at all.

As for an early flight, I think that is way to early. We have cruised out of Fll three times, and have usually gone straight to the airport and been there by 9:30 or 10:00. Have never done early debarkment, so not sure if that would even get you there in time.

Thanks for the info, BillsBlasters. Glad to know it's a nice walk to the water taxi from Embassy Suites. Now I've got to see what Delta will do for me about changing the return. I originally booked a 10:30 flight and they changed the itinerary. Hopefully they'll let me make a change to a later flight, and not charge me for it.

We had our flight changed last year also. When I first called and wanted to schedule a different time they said there would be a charge for each ticket to change. Made me mad. They didn't give me any money back for changing the ticket. I called back another time and complained and this time got the flight change.

We were dealing with Northwest airlines, but I think that most of them have the same policy.
