zubee23 Posted April 19, 2008 #1 Share Posted April 19, 2008 What's different about these staterooms? We're traveling with another couple and they're assigned to an oceanview stateroom that's designated "hearing impaired." They aren't hearing impaired - well, no more so than anyone who's 60+! Thank you!

Bigdog49 Posted April 19, 2008 #4 Share Posted April 19, 2008 So what was the answer? Hearing Impairments Select staterooms are available on most ships for guests with hearing disabilities. Among the adaptive devices to make their cruise more enjoyable are in-stateroom lights and vibrating alarms that fit under a pillow and alert the guest to a doorbell, phone or emergency situation.
