Shore Excursion Age Limit

Hi,

 

My family is cruising to Alaska this summer on Rhapsody of the Seas. Our son will turn 9 during the cruise. We really want to do a hike and train shore excursion in Skagway. The age limit for this excursion is 9. The RCCI web site will not let us purchase this excursion for our son, as in the system he is listed as 8 (Even though he will be 9 at the time of the excursion)

 

Is there any way around this? I really don't want to wait to get on board to book, as if we don't do this excursion, it actually shifts around the excursions at all three ports.

Call the RCCL number tomorrow and ask for the shore excursion desk, they should be able to help you. They were wonderful when I had a problem with an excursion.
