Royal Family Suite on Navigator

I had a couple of questions for those who have been in one of these:

 

1. What are the hours of the conc. lounge?

2. I read there is a happy hour 5 to 8:30. We are traveling with two children (and grandparents) and were wondering if they would let us get a drink to go, so to speak, since the kids can't be in there?

3. Is any one of the four RFS better or different, or are they all the same on the Navigator.

 

Anything else included with this suite? I have called RCCL three times and have had different answers. Thanks for your help. If the search function comes back, I will continue my research. For now, I appreciate your help.
