Hello, we were on the last segmant of QE2`s last world cruise. We had big problems concerning the seperate AC system in our cabin. The pursers office does not want to solve our problem. I now need a contact adress from the Carnival Corporation to deliver my complaints. Do you know the right adress?

While don't expect Mickey to come out with a tool box to fix the problem, my experience is that the letter will be sent to Cunard by his admin assistant and that it will get priority treatment and a firm apology once they receive it.
