Wine Tours in Tuscany

We will be in Livorno overnight and are renting a car to tour the Tuscan country side. Has anyone take a tour of a winery in Tuscany that would be close to either Lucca or Siena?

Frommer's Travel Book of Tuscany is very good. We are driving the Chianti Road and we got good information from his book.
