About tipping before hand

It isn't necessary. Your service will be excellent in any case.

 

The only time I have ever tipped ahead of time was when a friend of my grandson became seasick in the cabin and made a mess of things. That steward, bless his heart, made a clean sweep of things in less than 1/2 hour...spit and polish clean. I gave him $50.00 for his trouble.......

 

Otherwise, I leave the prepaid tips on my SS account. Usually give a little extra where merited and always tip my favorite bartender....
