Da House Hotel? Reviews?

I am having a hard time finding a hotel for a decent price for our stay on 1/31/09 for 3 rooms - 6 adults. We'd like to stay under $200 total. I've tried priceline and keep getting denied for 4 Star and better in the $100 range. Maybe because I need 3 rooms?

 

I came across "Da House" on the internet somehow and I am wondering if any of you have ever stayed there. What do you think of it? The prices are really good!!

 

Any other recommendations for a hotel?

I haven't there but I have a reservation there for March. There is a review in this thread including someone who stayed in the unit that sleeps 6. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=717740

Thanks! I don't think the noise would bother me...but I bet it would bother my father. Time to keep looking... maybe I'll get lucky on Hotwire or Priceline.
