Transportation for solo HOU to Galveston

I'm flying into Houston Hobby the day before my cruise and staying at Harbor House. I've been looking into transportation from the airport to Galveston and return, and I found a decent shuttle van service on Galveston dot com but it is scheduled. In other words, if I miss a shuttle the next one isn't for a few hours. Makes for a long day or a missed flight on my return. :(

When I search I basically get results for several people going so the prices are decent for several people but insane for me.

Any suggestions? Should I just stick with the scheduled service and hope that I get off the ship in time to make the shuttle that gets to the airport in time?
