Italian " Local Fare "

I am taking the Gem on June 8th, and have booked some shore excursions. The one listed as Flavors of Sorrento and Pompeii states that you will sample a lunch of "local fare" I have 2 very picky kids, does anyone who has taken that tour know what is served ?? Thanks for the help !!
