What else besides Coral Breeze?

I snorkeled with Coral Breeze last year (great) but still haven't seen beautiful, colorful coral in all of my snorkeling at many islands. Is there a tour in Belize that has what I'm looking for?

 

If not, is there something besides cave tubing and ruins exploration, that you would recommend?
