Ordering items to be in room when we arrive...

Just wondering if MSC allows u to order wine, baskets, kids stuff a few months in advance and where would I go to see what they have. We are going on the 10 night Lirica cruise Jan 22 to Feb 2, and then doing another cruise right after this one with carnival, which I was able to order some wine, specialty cakes, and some kids trinkets to be in our room when we arrive. I know the website say that specialty cakes are free if ordered in advance. How to order them is the key, I have no idea. Maybe your TA could help with that, or use the "contact us" button, send them an email about it. When we booked our cruise, thru a TA, they didn't ask her about dining times, they told her that we could request what we wanted on board...that sound crazy...I had her call them back and request our dining time...hope that works.
