Does C&A have a guest policy?

Just something I have been wondering for a while. If I am a C&A member w/previous credits and travel with a guest in the same room, do they get the same perks that I do? For example, am I the only one that can go to the welcome back party? I am assuming during check-in anyone in my room would receive the same service I have. Any thoughts or comments? Thanks.

Of course someone in the same room as you will check-in with you.

Speaking of other perks, It´s the C&A member that receives them. I.e. there will only be one coupon booklet for the C&A member. Also the gift etc. will only be delivered to the C&A member in your room.

Regarding the welcome back party the invitation is only for C&A members. However I was in your situation once and I asked the LA if I could bring along somebody to the party and he said yes. So if you want to bring someone ask the LA. His answer may depend on how many people are there. I would have never even thought about bringing someone else without asking because think about everybody would do this, it would be hard to host the double amount of people than they planned for.

I don't know the official position on the welcome back party, but the most I've ever seen is someone take a cursory look at the invitation, so I doubt it would be a problem. I think if you know to be there at that time, they kind of assume you were invited.

There really shouldn't be a problem. They are your guest. On our last family cruise...our kids were in a connecting cabin. Too young to qualify as C&A. I was waiting outside the door of the party for my daughter and one of the staff told me to go on inside (he knew who my daughter was). He kept an eye out for her and escorted her to our table on his arm! Of course, they don't want you to bring a whole bunch of people that aren't C&A members, but they aren't going to say no to those traveling with you.

When I joined the C&A society a few months ago, the man at C&A said my husband who was not a C&A member could attend the C&A party as they "Did not like to break up couples"..So I am taking him with me in Nov.! :o
