There's a thread headed Overland By Train To Moscow running on the Princess forum on this site, it's currently on Page 2. One of the posters has posted a link to Princess's details of this excursion. It hasn't actually started yet, I think it will be subject to whether there is sufficient interest.

We heard from tour guides in Helsinki and St Petersburg that trains between the two cities can take 3-7+ hours to clear Russian customs on entry. Hopefully Princess has addressed this.
