SCUBA diving in January?

Dh and I are planning our first cruise for the last week in January, and we hope to do some diving with Amy in Cozumel. What's the weather/water temp. like that time of year? Thanks.

High 70's, but if a Norte blows down from with wind and cold, diving will be closed until the Norte passes.

 

DW and I spent a week in Cozumel in January of this year, and were in the water most days, to some extent. Quite nice! :p
