Enchantment - Mr. Earl as Head Waiter?

Ok, I know this may be a very strange question, but has anyone been on the Enchantment recently and encountered a Head Waiter (Mr. Earl)? He took care of us 6 years ago - and his service hasn't been matched!

 

As you'll note in my signature, I'm headed out on Enchantment again, and just wondering if Mr. Earl might still be around.

We were there 3 years ago and had Ajay. He was great. Also the best waiter, Vivik, but I think he might be gone now.

If you're on the upper dining room you might get Caitan, his service is impeccable.

Never had that waiter, but if you have Del Roy for your bar server he is tops. We were on the enchantment 10 months apart with the 2nd time last July. He remembered the face, name, and drink, and all of our drinks were always on the table when we came to dinner each night.
