RC gift card question

We have received 2 different RC gift cards for Christmas presents. I booked a 7 day cruise a couple of weeks ago and paid for it in full at that time. I didn't even remember the gift cards until today. Can I still use them on as on board credit? I looked at the site and it said it had to be 10 days before I made my final payment, but since I made the payment in full I'm wondering if I can still use these cards?

Actually...

 

You can use them but I believe you have to have them "applied" to your cruise 10 days before you sail... In other words, call RCI and tell them you want to use the cards for your onboard account for your cruise...

 

I gave my sis one for a cruise she did and that is what they told her... She called them, gave the number on the gift card and they applied it to her onboard account...
