Which Dining Room

300EXPRESS

Recommended Posts

Cruising on Freedom in April with DH and tween kids, I understand there are two dining rooms to choose from. Posh or Chic. Should I request one or the other? Which one is the better choice?

Thanks.

This used to be a bigger deal when there were 4 dining times (5:30, 6:15. 8:00, 8:45) but it is less of a deal now with the 2 times. Both the dining rooms have the same decor and food.

On our recent cruise we were in the Chic dining room. We did have some breakfasts and lunches in the Posh, and noticed some vibrations if the ship was approaching port. It was enough to rattle all the dishes, but did not go on for long durations.

Actually, they choose which dining room for you for evening meals. It will be on your S&S card you receive before boarding.

There's normally only one dining room open for lunch, open seating, and that's where you'll go - or Lido buffet.:)
