Not sure if this is what you are speaking of, but I did notice last week that they had some of the big trampolines and stuff out in the water - new since we were there last November. I only saw it as we were going back to the ship, so didn't get a chance to look closely, but there were definitely kids out there playing on them.

I read on a Carnival site that the waterpark opens in November.
