They went out of business last fall (taking several cruisers' money with them) after the cruiseline's, especially RCCL, started cracking down on people shipping alcohol to themselves on the ships.

I was curious about this company so I just did a search and it found a homepage with photographs and contact phone numbers, I did not try to call. You might want to try.
