La Quinta Cocoa Beach

I have a reservation at the La Quinta Cocoa Beach before my cruise out of Port Canaveral on Mariner next week. I have seen very mixed reviews on various sites (tripadvisor, exedia, hotels.com, etc). I know rating hotels (or anything else for that matter) is subjective and a matter of opinion, but I was looking to gather more opinions. Has anyone stayed there recently?

 

BTW, I am not concerned about transportation/distance from restaurants as I will have a rental car. I also already know that it is NOT ocean front and I'm fine with that. I will be able to enjoy the ocean from the balcony of my stateroom!:D
