If you book your excursions through Regent, do the charges for the tours come directly from Regent? If so, are they subject to currency conversion fees?

Yes. Regent charge the card you offer on boarding. And they bill in US Dollars.

Get a capital one card and there are never any foreign transaction fees! And Regent charges are incurring those fees on many credit cards. Beware!

I called Regent. Excursion costs are added to your onboard charges. In U.S. dollars. Thus no foreign transaction fee.
