wesnlin Posted August 13, 2008 #1 Share Posted August 13, 2008 Can anyone please tell me about the Thriller boat? I read RC's website and they don't answer my questions. It says it's a "moderate activity level". I'm guessing that's just the walking you would do just to get to the boat dock? Anyway, do you have to wear a seat belt to ride it? And would a large person have trouble getting on/off it? Thank you
Jean17 Posted August 17, 2008 #2 Share Posted August 17, 2008 I would like to hear answers to these questions as well. My husband and I are considering it for our cruise.

IMHO: a "large person" who carries himself or herself well shouldn't have any more problems then getting on and off a tender. The deck will likely be wet and slippery so if you can not support yourself with your arms holding a rail then there might be some fall concerns. Also, in order to balance the boat you may not be able to sit with your party. Most of the time couples are not separated but it might be necessary. The ride itself is well worth the price of admission. Be prepared to be sprayed and thrilled. Enjoy :)
