Disembarkation Time Frame

Recommended Posts

The cruise line asks the time your plane, shuttle, train is departing and then they base your disembarkation time on that, plus the number of times you have sailed with them.

Do they take into consideration the time it takes to go through customs and the time it takes to get a taxi?

I don't have a 100% answer for you but it has been our experience that they make a sincere effort to disembark pax with the earliest flights first with preference given to those who are high on the "frequent cruiser" list. We have never had a flight to make so tend to be disembarked towards the end.
