Question about Passport for FunPass

I'm not sure how many people have run into this yet as the Passport Card is fairly new, but when trying to fill in my FunPass information, it asks me for the City of Issuance/Authority. There is nothing on my Passport Card that resembles either of these. Any idea as to what is supposed to be filled in on this blank?

They used to have that info on the passports ... mine said New Orleans. If you know the city where yours was done, just put that in there. -

If no city of issuance appears on the card, put "National Passport Center" in the blank on the Fun Pass.

This also came up for me last week. I typed in the city in which I went to fill out the paperwork for the passport. After you're finished filling out the info on the Fun Pass, that city doesn't even show up on it.

Thank you all for the input. I ended up calling Carnival and they said to just put in US Department of State.
