St. Kitts Railway Tour

Hi-We'll be on the Miracle on the 23rd of Dec.,so was planning on booking 4 seats on the train in St. Kitt's. When I went to reserve,Carnival no longer has it advertised on their shore excursion page when you check in. Does this mean it's filled? and if so, can one reserved the train independent of the ship?

Really had my heart set on this tour and now I think I may have waited too long:(.

We will be on Miracle for the November 21 sailing and had also hoped to do this tour. It is not listed on the excursions available through Carnival. If we book through Tour Store, will the time of the tour work with our time in St. Kitts? Can we just wait and book when we get to St. Kitts?
