Need Help! Tampa Transportation

I'm hoping some of the locals can help out here. We are staying at the SpringHill Suites - Westshore and need to get to the pier. Whats the cheapest way? Taxi or a company like Blue One? Also after the cruise, we need to get fromt the aquarium to the airport. Again taxi or private company?
