Need help with departure flight and the Splendor

Hi, I have booked the Carnival Splendor November 17th. We are flying down the 16th and I am attempting to win a pre-night stay in FLL as we speak.

I have cruised carnival before and have just a couple of questions. How is the food and entertainment on this ship? Do you have any suggestions on must-sees at Turk&Caicos?

I am having trouble booking airfare for a reasonable price from Pittsburgh. This is the best flight home I can find. Is this flight time "doable"?
