Car hire in St Barthelemy

Hi ... we're thinking of hiring a car while in St Barths , we're there on a sunday and monday in December, has anybody done this , any tips / advice ?

We were on a different yacht, Sea Dream Yacht Club. Our tender brought us in to the dock in Gustavia. There was a Budget Car Rental just across the street. We rented an automatic Jeep for 4 people on the spot. No reservation. Half the price of the ship's quote. They take you to the airport to pick up the car. Then you return the same way. Don't know about Sundays.
