Christmas cruises? / New Years?

I am thinking about booking a cruise over Christmas. My son will be around six years old at the time. Does Celebrity go all out for Christmas? What about the kids? Do they do anything to make it especially exciting for the kids?

Most definitely!

 

Celebrity is normally not the best for kids but for holiday and Spring break cruises they provide excellent programs and really keep the kids busy and excited. They do everything, treasure hunting, movies, pajama parties, karaoke, board games, plays, they own dinner party. The take them all over the ships and not just limited to the the Fun Factory. My kids actually like it better than Disney's cruise.

We've sailed at Christmas with young kids several times. Santa and his elves made a visit with a gift for the kids, and there was caroling in the foyer. We enjoyed it.
