I've seen good reviews for Sunset Watersports in general, but cannot find a snorkel-only trip. Their address is listed as N. Roosevelt which is not close to the port, but the Party Boat goes out of the Key West Bight which is.

 

Which trip are you looking at?

For snorkeling trips their webpage says...

 

Two locations to accommodate any location in Key West: Smather’s Beach Key West or Key West Seaport – You choose!

 

They run a smaller boat out of the Key West Seaport so this would be a 10 - 15 minute walk from your dock. IIRC it's across from Turtle Kraals.
