baf10 Posted November 19, 2008 #1 Share Posted November 19, 2008 I have a pretty big OBC for an upcomming cruise from shareholder benefit and price adjustments. Has anyone very recently used these to pay for gratuities as well as money in the casino paying the 3% fee? I know the shareholder OBC says it cannot be used for this but I always have in the past with no problem. I just wanted to find out if they have recently changed this with everything thats going on. Lilmatcat Posted November 19, 2008 #2 Share Posted November 19, 2008 I had a $120 OBC for a price adjustment in September on the Imagination. After the first day our gratuities were posted and deducted from it. Of course, we spent our balance up and then some on drinks/purchases, but yes, to answer your question, they did apply it to our gratuities. Yes, within the last 48 hours I've done so successfully, with no problem whatsoever . . . and without the 3% fee. Yep, they say you can't (and probably shouldn't). . . but to answer your question: Yes!!! :D
