Bermuda HC excursions suggestions?

We just booked RCL Explorer to Bermuda as a family. Our 16 yr old niece recently had a SCI.

I've just started the research into making this enjoyable for everyone. Any suggestions for her excursions? I do have the website of access.bm

Has anybody used Pro Guide, the company on that site?

Any ideas for newbies would be aappreciated; I want to make this memorable for my niece!
