We sent two letters to them regarding the outstanding service we experienced on the Glory last April. They acknowledged the letters and offered us on board credit and a Bon Voyage gift on our next cruise with them. We thought that was a nice touch in light of how we weren't looking for anything in return. It is simply more fun to write an 'atta-boy' letter than a compliant letter.

When did you send this? They have supposedly done away with the gift recently , just a thank for sending a letter is done now.
