Miata Posted December 7, 2008 #2 Share Posted December 7, 2008 Where do I send the letter to? Carnival Cruise Lines Carnival Place 3655 NW 87th Avenue Miami, FL 33178-2428 Attn: Guest Relations Department Include all info regarding names, sailings, etc We sent two letters to them regarding the outstanding service we experienced on the Glory last April. They acknowledged the letters and offered us on board credit and a Bon Voyage gift on our next cruise with them. We thought that was a nice touch in light of how we weren't looking for anything in return. It is simply more fun to write an 'atta-boy' letter than a compliant letter. They have supposedly done away with the gift recently , just a thank for sending a letter is done now.
