Snorkeling at Cococay

How is the snorkeling at Cococay? Is there much to see? What are the highlights? Do they require one to wear a snorkel vest? Thanks.

Hi,

 

Snorkeling at Coco Cay is usually pretty good. The last time I was there, which was a few years ago, there was a sunken airplane in one area, some coral/ rock formations in another, all holding a fair amount of fish.

 

If you rent the cruise lines snorkeling gear, they make you take a vest. My family had our own gear so managed to get away without wearing the vests.
