whenzuc Posted December 30, 2008 #1 Share Posted December 30, 2008 Does any one know if you get muddy/dirty while on the canopy tour? Any special clothes required- such as old shoes??
p3sgirl Posted December 30, 2008 #2 Share Posted December 30, 2008 I looked at a video on the website of the canopy tour that we will do in St. Martin and it looks like you should wear old shoes and comfy clothing. It's in a forest so Im assuming if it has rained close to the time you are going, you are going to get muddy and dirty. Have fun. Lisa
rainforestgirl Posted December 30, 2008 #3 Share Posted December 30, 2008 We have done this twice (great fun!). No special clothes needed, but sneakers would be better than flip flops, since you have a 5 min "hike" to the first zipline and you wouldn't want to loose your sandals during the zip! Here is my review of my trip: http://www.puertoricodaytrips.com/marquesa-original-canopy-tour/ We went again over Thanksgiving, and they have opened a few more ziplines that are really long and fast! I have yet to update my review, but I will! You can opt out of the new ones and do the old route if you want to.
