WHICH Car to rent in Seward?

Hello again. So far it looks like we will arrive in Anchorage, stay overnight, then take the train to Seward in the morning. I'd like to rent a car in Seward for 2 days to tour around a bit before our cruise, but I'm not sure which; a full size car, like an Impala, which is much less money, or a 4 wheel drive? Is it safe to use the full size car in mid-June? Also, does this sound like a good plan to anyone who's been there (done that?) :)

For a 2-day stay in Seward, renting a car is a good idea. A 4-wheel-drive is not necessary - just get whatever you're most comfortable with. You're going to love the Seward area!
