Looking for contact email addresses for HAL executives for customer Service letter

I wanted to send out a letter regarding some of the issues ( good and bad) surrounding my cruise on the Maasdam January 3nd to January 9th 2009. Does anyone have a list of email addressees that the have used in the past to bring up issues related to a sailing?

I would suggest sending snail mail. That is what I would do.

It is not unusual for it to be 4-6 weeks to receive an answer.
