are teen compasses delivered to rooms?

I haven't seen this posted anywhere but my daughter is 14 and wants to do the teen club. How does she get her daily compass? Do I ask our room steward to deliver it, or does she pick it up at the pursers desk?

We have only done ncl and they give you your itiniary for the week when you register for teen club, but we have no clue how the explorer does it.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
