Meals on the Grand while in the Mediterranean

I'm going to be on the Grand next September in the Mediterranean. I'm wondering if the food in the dining rooms will be European. I was on the Emerald last November in the Caribbean and found (other than Sabotini's), the food was generally North American (no complaint, it was all very good). What's the food on Mediterranean cruises like?
