Rare pierces Posted February 2, 2009 #2 Share Posted February 2, 2009 Which is better? What has been your experience with either of these? I've not used one (and wouldn't, but that's my own preference). Here's a prior thread that discussed the pros and cons: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=697344&highlight=aquapac Dave
flamomo Posted February 3, 2009 #3 Share Posted February 3, 2009 I used the DiCapac camera bag on our cruise in Tahiti & FP a couple of months ago. I found it to function as advertised. I t just so happened that the same bag fit both of my digital cameras, so I took both of them along "just in case" the bag leaked. But I never had to use the older one, because the bag did not leak, and the pictures that I took were clear. I used it for snorkeling pictures. Actually, I kept the camera in the bag pretty much any time I was off the ship, because I felt it also protected it from sand and moisture on the beach. I found it to be a good alternative to spending a huge amount of money for a waterproof camera that I probably would never need again.
