Best Western vs. La Quinta (Cocoa Beach)

I need some help...I would like some opinions on staying at the Best Western or La Quinta in Cocoa Beach. They are next to each other and while one is cheaper, I don't want to stay somewhere that isn't up to good standards. I don't mean to sound like a "hotel snob", but I'm just not that familiar with the La Quinta chain. I worked in Public Health for 31 years and saw a lot of hotel inspections, so I'm a little leary when it comes to a name I don't know well. I know that the people on this board will give me some good advice. Thank you in advance.

I stayed at the La Quinta last month for the 1st time. It was very clean--

There is a bar and restaurant. We asked for a room in the back and did'nt

hear any noise.
